Now known as Airserco (P) Ltd. , AIRSERCO was set up in 1965 to service, maintain and repair air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

An independent service company, its main thrust is in providing after sales service to Fedders Lloyd air conditioners and refrigerators, besides installation and commissioning. A spirit of service pervades the entire organization. A computerized customer-feedback system maintains a historical record of product complaints to help AIRSERCO in achieving trouble free maintenance of air conditioners, refrigerators and compressors.

An in-house training cell equipped with the latest educational aids, provides valuable servicing and maintenance knowledge to the new recruits of AIRSERCO and all dealers and clients of Fedders Lloyd air conditioners and refrigerators. Spread over 25 branches and a large number of satellite service stations, AIRSERCO reaches the remotest corners of the country, providing service virtually at the customer's doorstep.

Set up in 1984, PSL PIPECOATERS (now known as PSL Pipecoaters (P) Ltd) was established to provide mechanized pipe coating conforming to international standards. The Company's operations are based at Kandla, a major port on the west coast of India. The Company yard is completely mechanized and houses the latest CNC machinery, which enables the yard to clean, coat a pipe and test a coating in a short span of 5 minutes.
PSL Pipecoaters (P) Ltd., has the expertise to handle a range of pipe coating needs as diverse as :
· Coaltar enamel coating
· Fusion bonded epoxy coating
· Three layer polyethylene coating
· Concrete heavy weight coating
· Internal epoxy coating
· Polyurethane coating
Besides, the yard also has the flexibility and expertise to develop 'custom made' coatings to suit a specific client requirement.
The expertise of PSL Pipecoaters was put to test when it was awarded the pipecoating contract for the HBJ pipeline. The pipe coating of the 1760 Km line was completed in record time to the satisfaction of inspection authorities like Engineers India and Spie-Capag.
Given the rapid rate of technological innovations in pipe coating, PSL Pipecoaters (P) Ltd. has an active R&D department that helps it stay abreast of and incorporate the latest technological improvements.

Established in 1987, PSL Holdings has mobile coating plants offering advanced pipe coating systems to clients in distant locations. These systems cover a wide range of projects which include fusion bonded epoxy coating, coal tar coating and monel sheathing . It operates from its permanent pipe coating yard at Daman.

In the year 1989, PSL HOLDINGS (P) Ltd. entered into collaboration with M/s Lilly Powder Coating Inc. (U.S.A) . It has introduced a special grade of powder paint, used for oil & gas pipelines, potable water and fuel lines and also for anti-corrosion coating of reinforced steel bars. In addition, the Company proposes to manufacture decorative paints for consumer durables, household equipment, electrical and industrial applications.

Set up in 1987 at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, LLOYD ELECTRIC & ENGINEERING Ltd. is one of the largest manufacturers of condenser and evaporator coils for the air-conditioning industry at its totally automated plant. Besides, this, it also manufactures fan coil units and other parts and components used in the air-conditioning industry, and is an OEM supplier to blue chip companies in ACR.

From modest beginnings in the early 60's as suppliers of urgent stores to the Defence forces, PSL Engineering has established itself in the execution of sheet metal fabrication jobs for Defence. The current scope of its activities includes :
- Fabrication of cabs and bodies for light Commercial Vehicles (L.C.V.) and Defence vehicles like the Nissan and Shaktiman trucks.
- Manufacture of light recovery equipment and trailers for Defence vehicles.
- Fabrication and erection of acoustics for aero engine test beds for Indian Airlines, Air India and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL)
The world's largest retractable sound proof partition was manufactured and erected by PSL Engineering at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium at Delhi for the Asian Games (1982). Current expansion plans include the manufacture of dish type antennae for Defence and meteorological purposes, thus spearheading the Group's entry into telecommunications.
The Ministry of Science and Technology has recognized PSL Engineering's R&D efforts and has accorded its in-house R&D and prototype Production Centre at Bhopal to concentrate exclusively on new areas of application in high-tech fields.
